The Australian Music Industry is getting behind live music venues in Kings Cross, hosting an incredible afternoon of free live music curated by award-winning, chart topping songwriter/producer Louis Schoorl. The streets of Kings Cross have a great legacy for creating some amazing Australian music over many years. IGNITE: Heat the Street sets out to feature the venues of Kings Cross that provide the jobs and opportunities for our great musicians today.

As part of ARIA Week, The Live Music Office, the City of Sydney and APRA AMCOS are working together to reignite the live music scene in Kings Cross. On the 23rd of November 40 acts will perform across ten iconic Kings Cross venues, led by new hotspot, The X Studio.
